  Raffy is very well known in the dive travel business having been affiliated with many of the dive shops in the Philippines. Raffy is a scuba instructor, scuba diving course director, instructor trainer and a former Commissioner of the Philippine Commission on Sports Scuba Diving. He has traveled widely around the Philippines and he has dived in many of the dive sites around the Philippines.

  Raffy also manages Languages Internationale as well as his management consulting services business. His company, RMP Consultancy, provides management training to many companies.
  Raffy puts together his knowledge of business and information technology to help small and medium scale enterprises improve their businesses.

  Vic is the operations manager of the Aurora Adventure Center at Baler. He is a scuba instructor and tour guide.
